For a tool problem, include the page URL, device model, operating system and browser versions, QR type, and steps that reproduce it. If scanning fails, identify the camera or scanner app too. Reproducible format errors, broken downloads, and inaccessible pages receive priority.

Describe the right you want to exercise and the relevant service scope. Never email a real WiFi password, complete private vCard, or another secret used in a QR code. Keeping privacy requests separate from general bug reports helps us handle them accurately.

Copyright or abuse reports

If you believe original page content infringes your rights, email [email protected] with “Copyright” in the subject, identifying the work, exact URL, basis for the complaint, and a working contact method. This site generates static images on the user's device and does not host external destinations linked by users; contact the destination provider about its content as well.

Response scope

We read complete, verifiable messages and make reasonable efforts to respond, but do not guarantee a fixed response time. We do not offer phone support, emergency services, account recovery, or paid customization. Support communication is handled through the email addresses above.
