1. Acceptance and scope
By accessing qr.nightnote.cn, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the site. We provide free browser-based static QR generation and downloads, not accounts, cloud storage, dynamic redirects, scan analytics, telephony, messaging, email delivery, or WhatsApp services.
2. Free use and changes
You may use codes you generate in personal or commercial projects without attribution. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for improvement, security, or compliance. Free access is not a promise of permanent availability or compatibility with every device.
3. Your content and responsibilities
You retain rights in your input and generated files. You must have the right to use and publish the content and must verify accuracy and scannability. Do not use the site for unlawful, deceptive, phishing, malware, infringing, harassing, unsolicited-marketing, or otherwise harmful content, and do not interfere with the site or its infrastructure.
4. Static QR limitations
Content is encoded directly in the symbol. We cannot remotely change, revoke, or track a downloaded code. If a URL fails, password changes, or contact details become outdated, generate and distribute a replacement. Anyone with the image may decode its data, so public codes must not contain secrets.
5. Third-party services
Cloudflare hosts the site, and Google AdSense advertising may be enabled. Destination websites, email apps, carriers, WhatsApp, and other third parties are governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for their content or availability. An advertisement is not our recommendation.
6. Intellectual property and open source
NightNote QR or the relevant owners retain rights in original site text, visual design, and proprietary code. qrcode-generator is used under its included MIT license. We claim no rights in third-party marks such as WhatsApp, Google, or Cloudflare. Do not mislead others by removing rights notices or misrepresenting origin.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim express and implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted error-free operation, and universal scannability. Print size, contrast, material, cameras, and destination services affect results. Test important or high-volume reproduction and retain a readable fallback.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NightNote QR and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use or inability to use the site, third-party links, communication services, or QR reproduction. Exclusions apply only where lawful. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Responsibility and cessation
Where permitted by law, you are responsible for reasonable loss arising from third-party claims caused by your breach or infringement. Stop using the site if you disagree with updated terms or consider it unsuitable for your risk, and delete files you no longer need.
10. General terms and contact
Applicable law is determined by the operator's jurisdiction without depriving consumers of mandatory local protections. Contact [email protected] first to seek an informal resolution. If one provision is unenforceable, the others remain effective. Delayed enforcement is not a waiver. Updates change the effective date, and material changes will be reasonably identified here.
